ماذا يكون كيزن ؟ التعريف

طريقة كيزن لزيادة التحسينات المستمرة هى مفهوم الإدارة الياباني التدريجى للإستمرارية (تزايدي) وللتغيير - التحسين.

كيزن في الحقيقة فلسفة طريقة حياة. تفترض بأن كل سمة فى حياتنا تستحق لكي تحسن بشكل ثابت. تعتبر فلسفة كيزن أصل العديد من مفاهيم الإدارة اليابانية مثل: التحكم بالجودة الاجماليّة ، دوائر التحكم بالجودة ، انشطة  المجموعة الصغيرة العلاقات بين العمال.

العناصر الأساسية لكيزن مراقبة الجودة الكلية، دوائر مراقبة الجودة، نشاطات مجموعة صغيرة، علاقات العمل. العناصر الرئيسية لـكيزن : الجودة ، الجهد، تدخل كل العاملين، الرغبة في التغيير، والاتصالات

تميز الشركات اليابانية بين: الإبداع , والشكل الجذري للتغيير، وكيزن , شكل مستمر من التغيير. يعني كيزن بشكل حرفي: . تغيير (كاى) يصبح (زين) جيد

العناصر الأساسية الخمسة لـكيزن

1. فريق العمل.
2. الانضباط الشخصي.
3. الروح المعنوية العالية.
4. دوائر الجودة.
5. اقتراحات للتحسين.

بعيدا عن هذه الأساسيات ، هناك ثلاثة عناصر أساسية في كيزن تظهر فى :

• التخلص من النفاية (مودا) وعدم كفاءة.
• إطار عمل كيزن بالخمسة أسس إطار للتدبير المنزلي الجيد.
•       1. سييرى - الدقة
•       2. سيتون - الترتيب
•       3. سيسو - النظافة
•       4. سيكيتسو - تنظيف قياسى
•       5. شيسوك - انضباط
• توحيد المقياس.

متى يجب أن تطبق فلسفة كيزن ؟ بالرغم من صعوبة إعطاء النصيحة العامة فمن الواضح أنها تتلائم يشكل جيد في حالات التغيير التزايدية التدريجية التي تتطلب تغير طويل الأجل وفي الثقافات الجماعية. أكثر الثقافات الفرديّة التى ركزت اكثر نجاح قصير المدى ، غالبا ما تكون أكثر سبّبا لبعض المفاهيم مثل  اعادة هندسة اداء الاعمال.

كيزن يقارن بعملية اعادة هندسة العمل

عند مقارنة كيزن بطريقة بعملية اعادة هندسة العمل فمن الواضح أن فلسفة كيزن أكثر سهولة للتطبيق، لكن يتطلب إنضباطا طويل المدى وتقديم سرعة صغيرة من التغيير. و نظرة لإعادة هندسة الشركة من الناحية الأخرى فنواجه تقنية أشد، يمكن أن تغيير جذري لكنه يتطلب مهارات كبيرة لإدارة التغيير.
