ماذا يكون التسليم فى الحال ؟ التعريف

التسليم فى الحال إبتكر من قبل تاشى أهانو في اليابان في مصانع تجميع سيارات تويوتا في أوائل السبعينات. وصنع فلسفة منظمة. تكرارية ذات تدفق بحجم عالي.  و التسليم فى الحال يقلل النفاية عن طريق الإمداد بالأجزاء فقط عند عملية التجميع. في قلب التسليم فى الحال تكمن كانبان ، والكلمة يابانية تعنى البطاقة. هذه البطاقة ترسل إلى المخزن لطلب كمية قياسية من الأجزاء المستخدمة فى عملية التصنيع . يتطلب التسليم فى الحال دقة، فالأجزاء الصحيحة يجب أن تصل "في الوقت المناسب" في الموقع الصحيح (محطة عمل في نظام التجميع). وهو مستعمل أساسا لعمليات تصنيع وهو مستعمل أساسا لعمليات تصنيع تكرارية ذات تدفق بحجم عالي .

تاريخ التسليم فى الحال

من الناحية التاريخية، نشأت فلسفة التسليم فى الحال من شيئين آخرين :

1. أمنية اليابان فى تحسين نوعية إنتاجها. في ذلك الوقت، الشركات يابانية كان عندها سمعة سيئة بقدر جودة التصنيع والتصنيع بشكل خاص المتعلق بالسيارات.
2. كيزن ، طريقة يابانيّة أيضا للتحسين المستمرّ.

يعتبر إطار التسليم فى الحال عملية جرد للعذر السيئ ، للتخطيط السيئ، انعدام المرونة، خطأ ماكينات ، مشاكل جودة ، الخ. إنّ هدف المبتكرين اسراع الرد على الزبون بينما يقلل الجرد في نفس الوقت. جرد يساعدون أن يستجيب سريعا إلى يغيّر زبونة طلبات ، غير أنّ حتميّا يكلّف مال ويزيد ال راس المال لازمة.

في 1990 جيمس وماك أصدر كتاب يسمى "مسمّى الماكينة التي غيرت العالم"، يقدم فيه مصلح "تعلم التصنيع" . وأيضا قد تصادف كلمة:. ' تعلم الإنتاج . والمبادئ وراء هذه الرؤية لا تختلف عن التقنيات الجوهرية المطورة من قبل أوهنو في تويوتا

مناطق التركيز في التسليم فى الحال

مناطق التركيز المثالية لتطبيقات التسليم فى الحال تتضمن:

• تخفيض الجرد.
• قطع إنتاج أصغر و دفعات ذات حجم.
• مراقبة الجودة.
• الشفافية وتخفيض التعقيد.
• بناء تنظيم مستوى والتفويض.
• تحقيق حد أدنى للنفايات.

التسليم فى الحال الممتد الخارجي

خلال الإنترنت وبرامج تخطيط سلسلة التجهيز، مددت شركات التصنيع التسليم فى الحال في فى هذه الأثناء إلى خارج حدود الشركة . بالطلب من مورديهم بتسليم الجرد إلى المصنع فقط عندما يكون مطلوب للمؤسسة، والتصنيع بطريقة التسليم فى الحال والطلب والتسليم يعالجان بكفاءة مرنة ومستوى أسرع . بهذه الطريقة تتكامل شبكات التوريد (شبكات الطلب) أو تشكل سلاسل توريد إلكترونية.
