ماذا تكون الستّة سغما؟

عناصر سيجما الستة منهج إدارة جودة والذي يقدم الأعمال التجارية بالأدوات لتحسين قدرات عمليات العمل. هذه الزيادة والنقصان في الأداء في اختلاف العملية يؤديان إلى تخفيض وتحسين العيب في الأرباح وتحسين الروح المعنوية للموظف وجودة المنتج. وهو برنامج إجراء وتحسين جودة أبتكر من قبل مايكل هاري وموتورولا. ويركز على السيطرة على العملية حتى النقطة رقم ستة سيجما (انحرافات معيارية) من الخط المركزى ، أو 3.4 عيوب لكل مليون عنصر. ويتضمن تمييز العوامل الحاسمة للجودة كما هي محددة من قبل العميل. ويخفض اختلاف العملية وقدرات التحسين، واستقرار الزيادات وتصميم الأنظمة لدعم الستة أهداف سيجما.

نماذج سيجما الستة نظرة منضبطة جدا يمكن أن تساعد الشركات للتركيز على تطوير وتسليم المنتجات والخدمات الشبه تامة. هو مستند على العمل الإحصائي ليوسف جيران الرائد الأمريكي الروماني المولد فى الإدارة الممتازة وكلمة سيجما تعبير يوناني استعمل لتعبير إحصائي لتلك الإجراءات وكم هى بعيدة أو تنحرف عن الكمال - انحراف معايير وإذا كان عدد سيجما أعلى، أنت أقرب إلى الكمال. عدد واحد سيجما ليس جيد جدا ؛ ستة سيجما معرف ب 3.4 عيوب في المليون. إن الفكرة المركزية وراء ستة سيجما بأنك إذا كان يمكنك أن تقيس كم عدد "من العيوب " لديك في عملية، فأنت يمكن أن تفهم بشكل منظم كيف يمكن أن تزيلها. هكذا يمكن أن تقرب تقريبا إلى "صفر عيب" بدون عيوب.

خمس خطوات في الستة سيجما. العملية

عملية ستة سيجما لها المراحل التالية الخمس:

1. التعريف. إن الخطوة الأولى في مشروع ستة سيجما يوضح المشكلة ويضيق مجالها بطريقة أن الأهداف القابلة للقياس يمكن أن تنجز خلال بضعة شهور. ثم يجمع فريق لفحص العملية بالتفصيل، يقترح التحسينات، ويطبق تلك التوصيات. في عالم التصنيع، مديري المشروع والضامنين لهم يبدأون بتعريف عيب معين وبعد ذلك يؤسسون مجموعة الأهداف المصممة لتخفيض حدوث مثل هذه العيوب.
2. القياس. في الخطوة الثانية لمشروع ستة سيجما ، يستنتج الفريق البيانات ويهيئها للتحليل العالي المستوى.
3. التحليل. فور تخطيط العملية وتوثيقها ، و تحقق جودة البيانات المساندة الصعبة ، فريق الستة سيجما يمكن أن يبدأ التحليل. ويبدأ أعضاء الفريق عادة بتمييز الطرق الذي فيه الناس يخفقون في الفعل كمطلوب ، أو بتمييز الطرق الذي يخفق فيها الناس في ضمان المراقبة الفعالة في كلّ مرحلة.
4. التحسين. التوصية، وتقرير وتطبيق التحسينات.
5. التحكم. في المرحلة النهائية لمشروع ستة سيجما ، ينشأ الفريق السيطرة. وهى تمكن الشركة لتحمل وتمديد التحسينات
