Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
I would like to know to what educational degree one can compare a Lean Six Sigma (L6S) Blackbelt certification? Thanks for your input.

6 Sigma Black Belt Certification Compare the job-description and 6Sigma history to note that Black-belts are dedicated to short-cycle projects that fit into the continuous improvement program.
Take the organizational size in the role and see that in bigger companies connect their high profiles to these tasks. They can prove their capabilities and managerial skills. I'd suggest here a bachelor level as educational degree. But be aware that such level can also be achieved by experience and additional training.
Succes.

LSSBB Certification A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) is a professional who is well versed in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology, who leads improvement projects, typically in a full-time role. A LSSBB possesses a thorough understanding of all aspects within the phases of DMAIC, inclusive of statistical analysis. A LSSBB understands how to perform and interpret Lean Six Sigma tools and how to use standard principles of Lean.
A higher (NL: HBO/WO) education is preferred however we have seen experienced middle (NL: MBO) educated persons perform very well as LSSBB.
You can compare the certifying bodies such as IIBLC (more towards Lean), IASSC or ASQ. There are more, but these are the more common ones.

Lean Six Sigma BlackBelt Dear Ger & Paul,
I am one of those experienced MBO educated persons, that is why I am asking wether I can compare LSSBB to an HBO or WO education. At the moment I am working in change management for HR-processes at Dutch governement where they are upholding a strange double standard. I also have the Greenbelt and we are starting with BISL and integral process management soon. As well as quality management & INK. All this should amount to something equal to a HBO/WO equivelent and /or paygrade...

LSSBB and Education Level For LSSBB is normally a HBO or WO degree preferred, as some statistics are required which are taught only at VWO level (wiskunde A) and at HBO and WO level. An LSSBB doesn't make you a HBO or WO educated person, for that you need to attend those institutions/ universities.
However there are HBO’s who offer post HBO training in LSS. I believe Avans Hogescholen and Fontys. Check their sites. A professional educator such as Symbol, UNC, Uva ibis, MKPC, UNC plus delta and many more work with certifying bodies such as IIBLC, ASQ and IASSC.
And these have nothing to do with HBO institutes and Universities. With MBO you can however go to an evening HBO (2-4 years). Maybe that is what you want?
Otherwise: companies should pay you for your expertise and experience and an LSS Belt should be worth something for your pay scale and function/role! I suggest you start looking for another employer as well who sees the benefit of your belt certificate.

I have a coupon from Kursnet in Germany and I become one for free but I don't know which one is for me better an which one is the highest education certificate.

LSS Black Belt versus LSS Champion Higher or lower doesn't matter here. Both are different roles within LSS.
- A Champion is usually a CXX member of the organisation who runs the program from a corporate or divisional level. They are instrumental in selecting the projects that are aligned with the strategic goals of the company. An MBB is the sparringpartner of the Lean Champion.
- The MBB takes the projects, judges them on do-ability and if so assigns them to the BB. The MBB then supports the BB in the correct execution of the projects so they deliver the desired results. The MBB is also a Master in statistics and helps the BB do it right. besides that, the MBB is also a trainer of LSS within the organization. They train the BB and GB on the DMAIC and DMADV methods and all other tools applicable for process improvement.
Hence if you are the CEO of an organisation, you should opt for Lean (Six Sigma) Champion.
