Best Practices Lean Six Sigma in Social Care

I have been using Lean Six Sigma (I'm a Black belt) in Adult Social Care in the UK and to my knowledge I am the only person in the UK using this in this business area. It is proving to be extremely useful.
The hardest thing is MSA ( Measurement System Analysis ), since a classical Gauge R&R (Repeatability & Reproducibility) cannot be done. I would be interested to hear from others if they have used Lean Six Sigma in this business, so we can trade experiences.

	Lean Six Sigma and Lean Quality Circles In India we are practising LEAN QUALITY CIRCLES which are very effective to help organisation to involve all employees while lean Six Sigma is concentrating only on the 5 to 10 percent of employees at top level. In my opinion both together can give much better results.
