Six Sigma in Medical Transcription Hi, 6S is a methodology and could be useful to manage different types of projects, you have two lines of thinking, the MAIC and DFSS methodologies, if your project complexity is normal or standard I recommend MAIC (Measure, Analyze, Implement and Control); if the complexity is high with an unknown response I recommend DFSS. Hope this can help. Regards Fabian.

Six Sigma in Medical Transcription Hi, Six Sigma has its strength in analysing processes. So whenever you are able to describe a process, to measure input and output factors and to analyse their relation, Six Sigma is the right tool.
Are you asking in general, or do you have a specific topic or problem? I would be very interested to support you. I am a MBB and worked for product engineering and finance.

Two Lines of Reasoning in 6 Sigma It could be helpful to oversee various kinds of ventures, you have two lines of reasoning, the MAIC, and DFSS procedures if your task intricacy is ordinary.
