Organizational Profile

12manage is the e-learning network about management and business administration. We facilitate the exchange of management know-how and experiences. By doing so we aim to contribute to individual skill development, management of organizations as well as science.

The members of our network are mostly senior managers (60%), as well as management specialists (20%) and management academics (20%).

12manage has over 1,000,000 members.

Organizational Purpose

12manage was founded in 2006 to make management know-how available all over the world - especially for people who can't afford an MBA education.

Many members have completed a management or MBA education and want to refresh their knowledge or share it with others.

12 Disciplines, 12 Languages

All management knowledge centers are classified into 12 management disciplines: Change & Organization, Communication & Skills, Decision-making & Valuation, Ethics & Responsibility, Finance & Investing, Human Resources, Knowledge & Intangibles, Leadership, Marketing & Sales, Program & Project Management, Strategy & Innovation and Supply Chain & Quality.

All management disciplines and knowledge centers are available in English, plus the following 12 languages: Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Swedish.

Special Interest Groups

12manage members can participate in our SIGs, allowing to network and exchange information with peers all over the world. There is a SIG for each management knowledge center in each language.
