Quality of Six Sigma Projects The most important success of a Six Sigma project is achievement of target. Concentrate on evaluation of current scenario is time consuming and complex but necessary to be accomplished. Again handling data is must.

Quality of Six Sigma Projects Long time ago, I was self employed and I relied on my intuition to make the decisions. I was correct 80% of the time. Eventually I did make a decision that cost me my business. If I have had used the data analysis to back up my decision I would still be in business and avoid the 20% of errors I was making regularly.
Data is a must, but we still need to put the final sanity to it.

Measuring the Quality of Six Sigma Projects Quality should be measured in the effectiveness of the solution (errors reduced, cost saving achieved) and the acceptance of the changed way of working.
Getting Six Sigma understood and valued within the company is just as essenstial for sustainable change.

Quality of Six Sigma Projects I usually look for a statistical proof of the significant improvement.
Whether the objectives (level) have been reached or not, could usually be subject of champion acceptance, considering other improvement opportunities and the effort / impact ratio.
