السبعة عادات نموذج من إدارة وقيادة غورو إسطفان [كفي] نظرية أنّ يكون مناسبة إلى حياتنا شخصيّة ، حياتنا اجتماعيّة و [وورك ليف] نا. مهما السبعة عادات هيكل جدّا مناسبة لزعيمات ومديرات. وفقا ل [كفي] ، يأثر نماذجنا كيف نحن نتفاعل مع أخرى ، أيّ بالتّالي يأثر كيف هم يتفاعلون مع نا. لذلك يجادل [كفي] أنّ أيّ فعّالة الإعتماد على النفس برنامج ينبغي بدأت مع "[إينسد-ووت]" مقاربة ، [رثر ثن] ينظر نحو مشاكلنا بما أنّ "يكون خارجا هناك" ([أوتسد-ين] مقاربة). نحن ينبغي بدأت مع يفحص نا خاصّة رمز ، نماذج ، ودافع.

السبعة عادات [كفي]

1. تمهيديّة. هذا القدرة أن يضبط بيئة [أن 'س] ، [رثر ثن] الضد ، بما أنّ هكذا غالبا الحالة. مديرات يحتاجون أن يضبط هم خاصّة بيئة ، ب يستعمل [سلف-دترمينأيشن] والقدرة أن يستجيب إلى ظروف مختلفة.
2. بدأت مع النهاية في عقل. هذا يعني أنّ المديرة ينبغي كنت يمكن أن يرى ال ب رغب نتيجة ، وأن يركّز على أنشطة أيّ يساعد أن يحقّق أنّ نهاية.
3. يوضع أشياء أولى أولى. مديرة ينبغي أدرت ه خاصّة شخص. شخصيّا. ومديرات سوفت طبّقت أنشطة أيّ يهدف أن يحقّق الثاني عادة. [كفي] يقول أنّ عادة 2. الأولى ، أو خلق عقليّة ؛ عادة 3 الثانية ، أو خلق طبيعيّة.
4. فكّرت [وين-وين]. هذا المظهر مهمّة أكثر من قيادة [إينتربرسنل] ، لأنّ كثير إنجازات يكون أسّست على يشارك جهد. لذلك يحتاج الهدف أن يكون [وين-وين] حلول ل كلّ.
5. بحثت أولى أن يفهم وبعد ذلك أن يكون فهمت. ب يطوّر ويبقي علاقات إيجابيّة من خلال اتّصالات جيّدة ، فهمت المديرة بأخرى ، وهو يستطيع فهمت التابعات.
6. [سنرجز]. هذا العادة من تعاون مبتكرة: المبدأ أنّ يحقّق يتعاون نحو يبلغ غرض غالبا أكثر ، من استطاع كنت حقّقت بفردات يعمل بشكل مستقلّ.
7. حددت المنشار. نحن سوفت علمت من خبراتنا سابقة. ونحن سوفت شجّعت أخرى أن يتمّ ال نفس. [كفي] يرى تطوير كواحدة من المظاهر مهمّة أكثر ل يكون يمكن أن يواجه مع تحديات ، ول يطمح نحو مستويات [هيغر] قدرة.

في ه 2004 كتاب: "ال [8ث] عادة: من فعالية إلى عظمة" ، يقدّم [كفي] عادة إضافيّة ثامنة:

• عظمة شخصيّة. يطبّق ال 7 عادات في الأشكال من: رؤية ، إنضباط ، عاطفة وضمير.
• قيادة عظمة. يطبّق ال 4 أدوار القيادة ، أيّ يكون [مودلينغ] ال 7 عادات:
  • ممر يجد. يخلق الطبعة زرقاء.
  • يحوذ. يخلق نظامة أنيقة عمل تقنيّا.
  • يفوّر. يطلق الموهبة ، طاقة ، ومساهمة الالناس.
  • [مودلينغ]. أن يبني ثقة مع أخرى. القلب من قيادة فعّالة.
• عظمة نظاميّة. هذا عظمة يلتفت داخل رؤية ، مهمة وقيم. هذا يحضر وضوح ، تعهد ، ترجمة ، تعاون ، ويمكّن مسؤولية.
