ماذا تكون خرائط الإستراتيجية ؟

في الكتاب الصادر 2001 "منظمة التركيز على الاستراتيجية" ، حول كابلن ونورتون شرائح درجات التوازن الخاصة بهم. في 1992 قدموا بطاقة النتائج المتوازنة في مراجعة عمل هارفارد كنظام لقياس الأداء؛ الآن يغيرونها إلى نظام إدارة إستراتيجي. الكثير من هذا التحويل تم من قبل التركيز الاكثر على ما سمى بخريطة الإستراتيجية.

خصائص الخرائط الإستراتيجية

1. كل المعلومات محتوية فى صفحة واحدة ؛ وهذا يمكن اتصال إستراتيجي سهل نسبيا.

2. هناك أربعة وجهات نظر: ماليّة ؛ زبون ؛ داخليّ ؛ تعلم و نموّ.

3. يظهر المنظور المالي فى عمل قيمة حامل الأسهم طويلة المدى، وإستعمالات إستراتيجيات معدل الإنتاج لتحسين هيكل التكاليف واستخدام الثروة و إستراتيجية نمو توسيع فرص تحسين قيمة العميل.

4. الأربعة عناصر الأخيرة للتحسين الإستراتيجي مدعومة من قبل السعر والجودة والإمكانية والإختيار والوظيفة والخدمة والشراكة والعلامة التجارية.

5. من المنظور الداخلي، تعالج عمليات التشغيل وإدارة الزبون للمساعدة بعمل منتج وإصلاح الخصائص . بينما الإبداع وعمليات تنظيمية والعلاقات الاجتماعية تساعد العلاقات والصورة.

6. كل هذه العمليات مدعومة من قبل تخصيص رأس المال البشري، رأس مال المعلومات ورأس المال التنظيمي. يشتمل راس المال التنظيمي على ثقافة الشركة والقيادة والتوافق وفريق العمل.

7. وصل الأسهم يصف علاقات التأثير والسبب.

ما المبادئ الرئيسية وراء خريطة الإستراتيجية ؟

1. التوازن الإستراتيجى لقوات متناقضة.
2. الإستراتيجية مستندة على تمييز مفترض لقيمة زبون.
3. القيمة تضاف خلال عمليات العمل الداخلية.
4. الإستراتيجية تشمل التزامن والتكامل الذاتى.
5. يقرر التوافق الاستراتيجي قيمة الأصول المعنوية.

إستعمال خرائط الإستراتيجية ؟ الفوائد

بالربط بين مثل هذه الأشياء مثل إنشاء قيمة حامل أسهم، إدارة زبون، إدارة عملية، إدارة جودة، قدرات رئيسية، إبداع، موارد بشرية، تقنية معلومات، تصميم تنظيمي والتعليم مع بعضهم في تمثيل تخطيطي واحد، الخرائط الإستراتيجية يمكن أن تساعد كثيرا في وصف الإستراتيجية وتبليغها بين المديرين التنفيذيين وإلى الموظفين. لا شيء صغير ويجب أن يؤخذ في الاعتبار أنه في أغلب الأحيان تطبيق إستراتيجية هو التحدى الاكبر.

بالرغم من أن الكتاب السابق لكابلان ونورتن به 64 صفحة عن الخرائط الإستراتيجية، و يمكن أن تجد الأحدث أفضل وأكثر معالجة لتخطيط الإستراتيجية وتضمين الكثير من الأمثلة في الكتاب المذكور بالأسفل.
