Successful Cases of Strategy Maps Lots of companies have applied strategy maps to their organisation. It's not confined to large organisations - in fact I know many small organisations, including NFPs, that use strategy maps.
The principal advantage of using strategy maps in practice is that you can manage execution very effectively. A properly configured map will also identify when something is going wrong with your execution to give you early warning that should enable you to take corrective action.
