BSC or OKR?
In recent time there is the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) usage to steer the management team towards the strategic targets.
I think that OKR are short term targets, since BSC are long term and visionary targets.
Can we support the idea to manage both BSC and OKR at the same time?
Can we link BSC and OKR in a profitable way?
Thanks in advance for your comments.
Livio.

BSC & OKR - Strategy Maps Balanced Score Card is a blend (or balance) of short and long term strategic objectives, measured with (again, a balance of) subjective and objective metrics.
Targets, and objectives, can be both strategic and operational, short term, or long term, and visionary, in a sense. I think you're attaching separate meanings to OKR and BSC that aren't really correct. Can you link BSC and OKR? Why not, you're basically talking about the same ideas, differently named. If you mapped BSC objectives and OKR targets, using the Kaplan/Norton Strategy Map model, I think you will see how they all line up. Happy to help if you need more info.

Linking BSC and OKRs Read Paul Niven's book "Objectives and Key Results". There is a good approach for this issue there.
