Strategy Mapsは何であるか。

2001本では「The Strategy-Focused Organization」、KaplanおよびNortonはBalanced Scorecardを変形させる。 1992にそれらはシステムとしてHarvard Business Reviewのパフォーマンスを測定するためにBalanced Scorecardを導入した; 今それらは戦略マネージメントシステムにそれを変える。 多くのこの変形は更にいわゆるStrategy Mapを強調することによって終った。

Strategy Mapsの特徴

株主の価値創成、顧客の経営、プロセス管理、質経営、中心の機能、革新、人的資源、情報技術、組織設計および互いに学習のような事の接続によって1つの写実的な表示で、Strategy Mapsは作戦の記述で非常に助け、エグゼクティブ間のそして従業員への作戦を伝えることができる。 このようにalignmentは作戦の巧妙な実施をより容易にする作戦のまわりで創造することができる。 それを頻繁に覚えておく小さい事は組み立てられた作戦の実施大きな挑戦でない。
