The Most Important Principles of Fayol Hi Vickrief... I think Unity of Command and Unity of Direction are the most important principles. In managing any team if these basic principles are breached it leads to confusion in the team's minds and the goals of the organisation are not reached.

Fayol's Best Principle Hi, according to me "Division of work" is the most important one, because it helps to save time and energy and also increases the productivity efficiently and effectively.

The Best Principe of Fayol According to me, the answer depends on what kind of firm we are managing. If we are in a small one, unity of command and direction and control are appreciated.
But if we are in a big firm, I agree with Mr. @Paluku Mathe. One of the advantages of this principe is to make the personnel responsible for parts of the work, we can also use delegation and promote a system of sanction and rewards to motivate people to be responsible.

Fayol's Best Principle I think all 14 are equally important. None of them is more important than the others. If one lacks then there will be discord in the running of the organisation.

Fayol Best Principle In my opinion, Unity of command and Scalar chain are the best. You will never go wrong if your team knows who is in control and where they have to go to report their issues.
