Good Organization and the Zoo I agreed with your point. Only when the monkeys truly become human being with updated knowledge and experience and a will to make better, then the zoo will become a good organization.

Good Organization The monkeys can be educated with the right knowledge. As the result the monkeys that trained & listen to the trainer will come out with the good organization. The problem will appear when the monkeys are becoming bored with the situation inside the zoo. This will affect the oganization.

Training is Powerful My MD always says there is nothing training can't do, because the people makes the organization and not the buildings. Hence the monkeys are monkeys based on their level of reasoning which depends a lot on knowledge. They may become excellent leaders if trainings are made available for them.

Peanuts, Monkeys, and the Zoo Mr. Somchai said (correctly) that 'a good organization run by monkeys is still a zoo.'
In order to attract good talents, to motivate and to retain them, usually monetary rewards are the main factor. And, as the saying goes: 'If you pay peanuts, then you get monkeys', which compliments nicely what was said by Mr. Somchai.
