Core Functions of Human Resource Management These are core functions of HRM:
1) By providing well trained and well motivated employees, HR helps in achieve the organizational goal.
2) By HR we can develop and maintain quality of work life (QWL) in the organization.
3) By HR we can maintain good human relationships within the organization with applying knowledge and skills of employees.
4) HR functions also relates to maintaining good union -organization relations.
5) HR also relates to solving a personal problem of individuals to give an employees assistance at the work place.
6) HR helps in determining an organization's human resource needs, strategies and philosophies in HR planning.
7) HR helps in T & D, formulation in compensation and benefits, job design, selection & staffing.
In my view we can say that the core function of HR is mainly concerned with readiness for change by technology, skills and knowledge to generate inter & intra relationships within the organization.
