Management of Change

I believe companies shouldn't expect that its employees will accept any kind of change whenever it tells them. On the contrary, companies should train them about managing change as soon as they start working.

Creating a Change Ready Organization

If an organization prepares its employees for change early then it will have a distinct advantage over its competitors. Toyota prepares its employees by adopting a "kata" that focuses on continuous improvement. This approache requires knowledgeable leaders to train employees, but it may also require a bottom up change focus.
