Organizational Ideology as a Change Approach

🔥 I believe another (7th) approach to change could be: 'Organizational Ideology'.
Ideological change following the situation is a competency and shows the flexibility of management.
One way to change the ideology of an organization is by implementing it in the knowledge management system.

Examples of Changing Organizations by Changing their Ideology

Thanks for sharing this interesting point of view, Meisam. I'd like to find out more on how organizations might be changed through (modifying) their ideology.
Who knows of a case or example?

Change through Organizational Ideology

I think the best example comes from hybrid organizations, including those arising from partnerships between public and private undertakings. Notable changes in the organizational ideology are implemented to establish symbiotic relationships to achieve a common goal.
