Change Management for Post Election Violence

Applying Change Management in a political setting will always be a lot more challenging. In politics, you have the ingrained stance that you are 'unapologetic' (Editor:~unforgiving). This dimension makes it almost impossible to get any participant to abandon their particular view and accept an alternative view. Because in their minds this is the same as admitting you are wrong.
