Communication in 7S Model

Structure - A bureaucratic structure can "choke" the information flow.
Systems - Do your processes and procedures facilitate good communication, how effective are they and can they be streamlined?
Skills - Are your staff equipped with the right communication skills?
Staff - Do you have the right staff to facilitate effective communication and what value do you attach to communication skills during recruitment and selection?
Style - Does management behave in a way that promote communication?
Strategy - How do you strive to reach your goals? Do you advocate for teamwork, collective continuous improvement (Kaizen) or individualistic innovation (Western Management theory)?
Shared Goals - What is the organization's belief system and attitude towards communication?

Communication is Missing in the 7S Model

@Grant Chivandire: I think you explained that really well, how communication is part of each of the 7 S-es.
We might say the lines between the 7 elements also signify the connection or communication between them.
Still, I think it is fair to say that communication is so important to the success of organizations that it could have been given its own place in the model. But unfortunately the word "communication" didn't start with an S 😜.
