History of McKinsey's 7-S Model

Well I'm doing a similar research on the 7S and other models of organisational diagnosis, you can check the the blog of Mr. Tom Peters, he wrote an article describing the "gestation" of the framework. The article is called: "A Brief History of the 7-S ("McKinsey 7-S") Model.
