7S X 7S Matrix: Tracking the Mutual Congruency of the 7S Elements

I have used the 7S for organisational assessment and analysis. I used it in a 7x7 matrix to check the S's for coherence as whether Structure supports Strategy and so on.
This analysis highlights the mutual inconsistencies between all S's.

How Did You Design the 7X7 Matrix

Hi Simon,
How did you design and use this 7x7 matrix?
Since I am using this theory as well for my thesis.
Looking forward.

7S Confrontation Matrix

Indeed by using a 7S Confontation Matrix (basically a 7 x 7 spreadsheet), you can check the alignment between each of the 7 elements.
For example, if you intend to make a major change to one of the 7 S-es, it helps you to think about and write down any needed major consequence for each of the 6 other elements.
You can even use two 7 x 7 spreadsheets to compare an A and a B situation or a Current (IST) versus a Future (SOLL) situation.
