Impact of a Marketing Plan on the Employees Everything about the plan does... A weak plan will put everyone out of a job :-)

How a Marketing Plan Impacts the Employees Also, for any marketing plan to be implemented there have to be employees. Like Edward Sowell indicated, a plan revolves around employees in an organisation.
A marketing plan has to be driven by employees who feel part of it. If that is not the case, and the moral of employees will be low, the final results will be less then optimal.

Role of Employees in Marketing Mix Well, first of all obviously (marketing) employees determine (define) the marketing mix.
If we zoom in to the individual Ps, they are involved in:
PRODUCT: Certain employees may work in the support department. They are crucial for customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
PROMOTION: Customer-facing employees: those working in sales, sales promotion and public relations.
The priorities in the marketing mix have a big impact on all employees, but especially on the ones mentioned.
