Developing a Standard Framework for BPR

After reviewing literature, I think that there exists no standard process of BPR. Every company redesigns its processes in its own way.
I believe different cultures, strategies and organizational structures are the main reasons of adapting so many different methods to BPR.
However, I do believe there is a need for a standard framework which could be applied to any BPR case. We could measure the performance and through continuous improvement enhance the project.
I'm currently doing an MBA research on how to succeed a BPR. To collect your opinions on my ideas, I create a survey. Could you please help me to fill in it in order to understand whether my ideas are right and feasible?
Please click on this link to take the survey. Thank you in advance for your help.

Consolidated Framework for BPR

There are more than 20.000 articles published on BPR and I found around 50 frameworks.
I am also working on an integration model as a thesis of my PhD.
Please read all of it first and then recommend.
One of my paper is under publication process in which a consolidated model is suggested as well.
Best of luck.

Standard Business Function Framework

There are several standard frameworks. ETOM is a Framework used in the Telecomms LoB. I have developed a more generic framework that I use for several enterprise architecture jobs like comparing the business processes and IT systems with mergers. It is however Enterprise Function (EF) oriented. This means that the focus is on actions and the context of the organization is left out.
We now have tools in development that can enrich the EFs into Business Functions (BFs) with Business Objects and Business Rules. With this we can reuse BFs to (re)model business processes and directly execute (DME) or simulate them to test its functionality. PoCs showed that reductions in time and costs of up to 80% and high quality processes are the results. The Business Rules are written in Natural Language so non-IT people can design BFs.
There is already quite a collection of EFs available in the standard framework.
