Channel Relationship Marketing Strategy Great question. In a channel relationship strategy, the marketing strategy is more tailored to boost the channel distribution, therefore to increase the sales and customer satisfaction, customer retention as well as customer loyalty.
Ways to do that include marketing-mix tactics and pull- and push mechanisms.
