Value Chainの活動

• 第一次産業活動(ライン機能)
  • 本国行きの兵站学。 交通計画、在庫管理貯蔵する、受け取を含んでいる。
  • 業務。 最終製品に入力を変形させる機械で造り、包み、アセンブリ、設備保全、テストし、そして他の価値創造の活動をすべて含んでいる。
  • 外国行きの兵站学。 顧客で完成品を得るために必要な活動: 、注文の達成貯蔵する、交通機関、配分経営。
  • マーケティングおよび販売。 活動はバイヤーを下記のものを含んでいるプロダクトを購入するために得ることと関連付けた: チャネル選択、広告、昇進、販売、値を付けること、小売りの経営、等。

価値連鎖に基づく費用の利点を創造する

会社は費用の利点を創造するかもしれない:

• 個々の価値連鎖の活動のコストの削減によって、または
• 価値連鎖の再構成によって。
