Value Chain in Law Firms

The inbound logistics for law firms are the information and potential clients information and status.
For instance information about upcoming mergers and acquisitions, driving accidents and traffic issues reported on individuals, various disputes among various parties. All this this information can be gathered and stored for further process.
In its operation stage the experts in the firm analyze the various cases and strategize how to handle, then in its outbound activities law firms will communicate to firms via marketing and sales promotion and via contract agreements.
The court presence and handling is part of the operation.
Once the case is rested and settled, services could continue through client advise and follow up.
The support activities are similar to those in most industries.
