Service Delivery is Important for Long-term Sustainability of the Business

All businesses hope that their business will survive in the long term. One aspect to ensure this that should be considered is service delivery.
With good service delivery, satisfied customers will return and also they will advise potential customers to join in.
What needs to be done at the beginning is to determine the service standard, and then every effort must be made to meet customers' expectation.
