Situational Leaders

I agree with Shaw's perspective. In the management context I believe being "reasonably unreasonable" in causing a change is what makes leaders relentless, if not, every maniac could be termed as being unreasonable thus matching the profile of a leader...

I completely agree with Mr. Gopalarao, the success rate depends on the speed in which the leader can change his/her gears, and this is where most leaders struggle especially in current dynamic working climate.

Mandela about Adversaries

Agree with Shaw's conversion as applied to business and leadership and change, without engagement and understanding intentionality of adversaries, sustainable success impossible to achieve.
Nelson Mandela shared some great inisghts on this too - "Keep your adversaries always close!"
