If a leader creates followers who are willing to give their full efforts, can we determine which leadership style has been used?

Leadership Style Based on Followers I think we maybe could - MacGregors X Y Theory is a good example.
Followers become potential leaders, and pick up the styles of management from the leader.

Reverse Determination of Leadership Style A rather theoreticaI question 🤓 haha. Anyhow, in my opinion you can't determine the leadership style that has been used solely based on the fact that followers were willing to give their full efforts, because this applies to any leadership style if it was successful in some situation. Because in all six styles as described by Goleman, the leader created resonance though in a different way.
I think even if most of the followers have certain characteristics, then it is still quite tricky to guess the leadership style. Perhaps someone can give an example how that would be possible?
