Ethical Supply Chain Management The four pillars of SCM are Inventory, Transportation, Facilities and Information. If the design of supply chain is in such a way that all the members of your chain are benefiting in all the above four areas then the supply chain can be considered ethical.
Information sharing should be given the most importance. The information that is necessary for your upstream and downstream should be provided. The practice of Vendor Managed Inventory can only be effectively implemented if you are following an ethical supply chain practices.
