View & Review (PDSA) in Management

Management seems a fairly simple game… I often suggest to myself and my colleagues to RE-VISIT the issues to keep steering properly.
In this context I remember Mahatma Mohan Karamchand Gandhi who used to say "My aim is not to be consistent with my previous statements on a given question, but to be consistent with truth as it may present itself to me at a given moment."
Consistency is a beautiful TRAP! Avoid it and we will be better off. View & review is the management game that respects the dynamics of life.

	Consistency Change is the only constant. Consistency should not mean ignoring the aspect of creativity that may arise in the process. It has to be defined to fit the context and content as it may be required but not always. The output (effectiveness) could be consistent but the input (efficiency) is likely to become a variable for maximum utilization of resources.
