A New Flow Oriented Scorecard: Bellwox Bureau (Value Turbine)

If you are interested in other scorecards, please look at my Bellwox Bureau. It is a dynamically flow oriented system, made out of 12 drawers in 4 rows – levels.
The drawers are put up with fluid flow analogies in mind, but it is strictly set up to structure the business information.
In the first level, INDIVIDUALS, we have people, systems and products, who physically contain all business information.
In the next level RELATIONS, we have the organization, communication and culture.
The BUSINESS LEVEL contains the mental picture of the business, i.e. the transactions, processes and economics.
Last level is the SITUATION where follow up, management and occurrences are to be viewed. You can use bureau as a scorecard or simply structure the business information. I would be happy if you can use my tool and try it for business assessments and give me some feedback, regards, erika.

	Bellwox Bureau I think it is an interesting model to study further. Nice and simple to use in different situations! One suggestion is to change the order so that business comes first and then individuals, relations and situation.

	The Bureau Has Changed! Now THE VALUE TURBINE I have remade the bellwox bureau and changed it to a value turbine. The content is the same but the turbine give you the right usage, turn one blade at a time and evaluate what is there..(perhaps with a second turbine). This gives you the hole when you do all the 12 blades, and shuffle the information. The turbine is moving! And each blade shuffles the information forward. Like the first, people shuffle information about people, knowledge improvement, employee satisfaction and processes to work with these issues, like hiring. So have a look and explore futher! The scorecard you can build from this works fine for both soft and hard values in the business! /Erika.
