SECI Knowledge Management and Productivity

Knowledge management is fundamentally required to boost and upgrade the operational, commercial and financial performances in the learning and innovative organization. When you are in a large competitive market, companies neglecting intensive knowledge management and innovation will be pushed back. We have observed this typically in the telecommunication sector.

How SECI and Knowledge Management Improve Organizational Performance

SECI is a model of the human knowledge creating and sharing process.
Through creating and sharing information, obviously any field in which it is done will improve. Because when know-how about best practices is shared with others or even organization-wide this enables continuous improvement.
