It is more than 5 years since I started with 12manage, I gained a lot of knowledge in different aspects of business and management terms and models.
But not not only that, 12manage gave me chances to see that 'management' is important to everybody.

	12manage Enables Change Management on a Personal Level I value the opinions from various cultures and styles. Many people talk about things, but few people do. The culture of 12manage is of people who do, try and achieve - then they share. This provided valuable insight or diferent thinking regarding change for my thesis: "change management of offenders and their re-integration into family, society and business." I took business models and applied them to life; developing a 12 week re-integration program.

	Management is Everywhere At any moment since we get up in the morning until we go to sleep, we make management decisions. We choose to have a miserable or an happy day. We make decisions on what we eat. We choose to be bully or understanding. We formulate stupid or intelligent decisions. We choose to ignore other people's knowledge or join the 12manage social network.
