Tips for Business Plan If you want to setup your business then you should:
1. have an idea about the business you'll be in.
2. understand the real scenario about that idea.
3. collect all the data available about related business plan.
4. do a proper search about that business.
5. gather all the resources for business and perform other activities common for preparing a business plan.

Main Steps for a Simple Business Plan 1. Have a great idea
2. Then analyse/plan/execute & control
2a. Analyse - internal & external scenario (SWOT analysis)
2b. Plan your strategy & action plan based on analysis
2c. Prepare execution plan for your strategy followed control
2d. Prepare a profit and loss statement based on your aspirations and assumptions
3. Keep a 'Plan B' ready (a contingency plan)
