Performance Management[绩效管理]

绩效管理是对一个公司绩效进行战略监控的管理手段。 它包括对一个公司经营绩效进行管理和监控的方法、流程、系统、矩阵以及应用软件等。 业务绩效管理（BPM）、战略绩效管理（SPM）、企业绩效管理（EPM）、公司绩效管理（CPM）等概念均属于绩效管理的范畴。不要将此主题与员工绩效管理混淆。
