Planned Group Behaviour?

I wonder how dealing with group behaviour is different from individual change behaviour?
There is an 'energy' in groups which is capable of captivating an individual and bringing that individual into the group ethos, which the individual may initially not have or be interested in.
The energy of the group may not have existed in the individual at first.

Energy in Groups

Scientists named that with thousand of names - leadership, group contagion, imitation, conformity to the norms - perhaps is something mixed, and the mix has different weight.
If a am permitted to be a little bit heretic, I could say that communication without words, that is, brain to brain influence, has much more serious weight than scientist tend to see... My cat can feel my wife when she is intending to enter home, and is minutes far from home... If a cat knows that, why can't people?

DIfference Between Individual and Group Leadership

Thanks for your comments. I think that your comments regarding cats can also be the same for dogs. I will think about what that means for leadership. In any event, heuristically I think that there is a significant difference in individual leadership versus group leadership. I wonder if it can be established how much of an individual leaders 'energy' in a group attracts an uninterested other individual as opposed to the attraction of the same groups 'energy' at the same time.
