Strategic Agility a Form of Emergent Strategy

Agility means responsiveness, and resiliency. These requires an organization to sense first, and then reply to the situation to make its goals achievable. In other words, it is a form of emergent strategy.
Whatever strategy the organization may consider to use as a response is valid, since it will contribute to its desired results.
