Scientific Managementは何であるか。

Scientific Managementのアプローチは19世紀の終わりのFrederick Winslow Taylorによってワークフロープロセスを分析し、確立することによる労働生産性を増進するために案出された。 Taylorは科学的な方法の仕事の仕事を行う分析によってそれを、「1つの最もよい方法」見つけることができる考えた。

Taylorは実用的、よい動機Bethlehem Steelで銑鉄を運んでいた彼の仕事の1つの半分のよい労働者(Schmidt)を自由に使えるようにすることを持っていた。 そして同時に彼は窮乏を軽減し、エネルギーおよび人間の能力時間の無駄を除去したいと思った。 しかし彼の方法は労働者の無慈悲なexploitersの手に下ったときに非常に堅く、時々反対の効果をもたらした。 こういうわけでScientific Managementは頻繁にTaylorismとdisparagingly言われる。
