Responsibility in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs What kind of responsibility are you thinking of? Can you give an example?

Responsibility and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs I'm thinking about the responsibility that an employee feels towards the job he has to do. I don't know if this is very accurate.
By the way, thanks for answering 🙂.

Responsibility and Self-Esteem Maslow's Hierarchy is about human NEEDS. One group of such needs is Self-Esteem.
This involves things like a need for Achievement, Mastery, Recognition, Respect.
If a person has a need for achievement (of some effort), or for mastery (of some task), or for recognition/respect by herself or by others, she is likely to be more motivated for the job at hand and that might well include a desire or feeling of responsibility to perform it well.
