How to Move a Strategic Planning Team Ahead

Most businesses would be asking a facilitator to handle the task, my experience is to do an internal feasibility study with your team to see what were your earlier plans and goals, see why couldn't you achieve or what you want to achieve based on your experience, once on your final stage ask a facilitator to help you moderate the plan discussion to come up with a strategic plan for unit or company.
