leader not the employees. Leaders must have the vision to see beyond the unseen. The current economic upheaval is the price we have to pay dearly for not being strategic. Change! A leader must have the will and stomach to test new ideas and model .. sell it to the organization. Once mapped and presented the toughest thing is keep it going ... Momentum = Mass x Velocity.
