Strategic Innovation (SI) The terminology on SI is varied but it all means managing the human capital assets differently to yield results in a challenging business environment. Key drivers of this effort are people effectiveness and leadership styles and passion for results orientation. Often this means changing mindsets of line managers & supervisors, emphasis on leadership by example, recognition of the key drivers to institute change management as a strategy to thrive not just survive.
