Action Learning is All About Practical Learning

Suppose you don't know how to swim, how then can you learn to swim? Can you learn to swim by reading a book or watching youtube?
The best and fastest strategy is to jump in the deep. Then you have to swim, otherwise you don't survive.
For example strategic managers with a lack of IT skills can use the same strategy - they must swim and learn. If you need to learn fast then failure is a fast way of learning.
Thomas Edison made 1040 failed attempts when he invented the electric bulb.
Learn fast with failures.
