What are the Best Strategy Schools of Thought for Government Organizations?
Public sector organisations are mostly not in business for profit and their 'customers' (unemployed, law breakers etc) are usually dependent on what is on offer and handed down to them. For example, the Department of Social Welfare's payments, the Department of Justice's fines and sentencing.
Considering the above, what are the most appropriate schools of thought that should be adopted to develop a strategy for government organisations / departments?
