Corporate Governance Rules and Ethics

What has happened is that people have taken and extended the proverb "Everything is fair in love and war", into: 'Everything is fair in love and business'.
This sets the springboard for expediency. It's expediency that moves us away from our cherished values of consistency, authenticity and integrity.
Today there are ten thousand laws to enforce the ten commandments so it is with enforcing corporate governance.
Every act in business should be tried with "am I right" and again "am I really right". This probably would guide you to ethical and lawfully right acts.
