Leadership Pipeline is Aimed at Continuity

Though I appreciate that a leadership pipeline creates continuity in an organisation's management practice, I think new personnel engagement at different levels helps to inject some dynamism in an organisation through new idea's creation and cultural shifts in some cases.

Political Leadership Pipeline

Leadership pipeline could also be applied to politics. We have just seen Hosni Mubarak, the former Egyptian president and strong leader, being forced out.
There is no pipeline and no political continuity.
